About Me

Hi! My name is Jessica, and I'm a shopaholic.

I have always thought about starting a blog, but was never sure if it was something I would be good at. I was unsure about what I would talk about, or if people would even read what I post. However, after some convincing from a few friends, I decided to make my own website (with a lot of help from a friend of mine haha thanks Dougie). I want to use this blog as a space to talk about my interests! I love travel, fashion, music, and I started “modelling” as a hobby last year. That experience inspired me to begin using Instagram more seriously. 

For my first post I thought I’d tell you a little bit about myself! I’m 21 years old, living just outside of Toronto, Ontario. I have a younger brother, a dog, a cat, and live with my parents. I graduated with a bilingual diploma after taking french immersion for 12 years, where I met some of my best and life long friends. Right now I’m studying music at Humber College. My main instrument is voice, and I love country music. I write a lot of my own music, and have just started performing it with an incredible band. I’ve been with my boyfriend (insta husband) for 4 and a half years, and he's without a doubt the love of my life. He's my favourite travel/roadtrip buddy, and we have lots of exciting trips planned for this year. In the last 4 years we've travelled a lot together, which I think is an important thing for couples to do. Last summer we decided to tour our home province Ontario, and next summer we plan on visiting more of Canada!

Like I said, I started using Instagram around a year ago, more seriously than I used to. Since then, I became friends with many amaaazing bloggers and instagramers around Canada and the States! Some of my favourites are @autumrainn @leigh_averill, @victoriasabovitch, and @grxntdrxw.

All of these accounts are amazing and unique. Leigh has the best style, and such a great blog, she has so many great travelling tips from trips she's taken! Victoria is absolutely breathtaking and is my favourite model in Toronto, she has the kindest heart. Grant takes amazing photos, and has the cutest relationship with his girlfriend, I can't wait to visit Georgia and see them! It was Autum that first inspired me to start a blog, hers is so cute! She creates amazing content and is so inspiring. Even though I'm new at this, I can't wait to start generating my own content. My blog will focus on my personal interests including: travel, fashion, music and beauty. I’m really happy that I decided to start this blog, and use it as a space to talk about all of those things. So thank you for coming along with me! I think this is going to be a lot of fun.
